• Up to 10 ICT companies.

This Program aims at improving the image of ICT companies and also address their specific market needs, including but not limited to the following:

• Assess Companies current marketing and PR status based on field visits to the companies,

• Assist Companies in preparing the content of their marketing and PR kits including company and product profiles, brochures, catalogues, themes, logos, website, etc,

• Assist Companies in supervising the design and production of their promotional material,

• Financial Assistance towards the cost of the promotional material,

• Assist Companies to prepare for exhibitions and trade missions, and 

• Prepare marketing plans and other marketing related activity requested by companies.

• Registration for the program with PITA. PITA will authorize the commencement of work with MAP

• Company Visit to assess needs and a finalized Scope of Work (SOW) with number of days (Level of Effort - LOE) and deliverables

• Commencement of work after company approval to the (SOW) and a Letter of  Agreement (LOA) is signed with MAP.

• For the printing promotional material, the Companies will send out a tender for at least 3 companies to be evaluated with MAP.

• Companies new images and market positioning

• Marketing and promotional material

• Marketing plans and strategies

LEVEL OF EFFORT:

• The estimated Level of Effort is an average of 4 days per company. The cost per day is $175.

• Companies will pay 40% of the LOE (estimated at $280) as a fee to PITA. 

• Non-PITA members will pay 60% of LOE (estimated at $420).

PRINTING MATERIAL:

• MAP will support with 40% (and up to $1,500) of the cost of producing promotional material for companies that are participating in international exhibitions for the first time or introducing new products. Otherwise, MAP will support with only up to $1,000  (40% of total cost).
